Costa Rica!

Where to start?... it was beautiful! It was really fun to get away to somewhere warm, and a place that we both hadn't ever been to. We left and didn't have a clue where we were going to stay or what we were going to do. Matt did a lot of research online before we left so we had some ideas but nothing concrete. We decided to just "go with it" when we got there.

The first night we got there we stayed in a city called Tamarindo.

Zippity zip zip. 11 different zip lines through the mountains. I was so scared. I really don't like heights but after the first one, I was really enjoying myself.

Playa Longosta

We found a bull riding/fair event in a city just outside of where we were staying. It was a little insane watching people get chased by crazy huge bulls. We ate some really nasty fair food, and mostly shopped around at the booths. Hot-in-ready motorcycle delivery.

The waterfall in La Fortuna, incredible! Our rental car, brought MANY laughs!Hot springs in Arenal.

On our way to Arenal, if you look really close you can see the active volcano.All the great wildlife we saw. Monkeys, bull frogs, camel-bull, parrot, crocodile, and gecko. These are just a few.

It was an amazing vacation. Thanks to my hubby for taking me to such a fun and beautiful place. It was just what I needed. Glad to be home and rejuvenated. Now can it be spring already?!
