This last weekend we got to welcome in fall on a beautiful horseback by Currant Creek River. The Rick's were so generous to let us come up and see their property, feed us, and let us explore their 6,000 acres on horses. It was a fun filled weekend and we really enjoyed it up there. Aunt Joyce is probably one of the best cooks I have ever known. One meal we had home made lasagna, fresh veggies and fruit, homemade bread sticks, with homemade ice cream for desert. That woman can cook! Not to mention decorate!
